Job Context:
We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design UI/UX for web tools
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Delivering Mockups, prototypes, and shippable production designs for projects.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and craft intuitive solutions
- Gather business, technical and user requirements from internal stakeholders and customers
- Participate & contribute to concept development & design process
- Present designs and discuss design rationale with senior management and development teams
- Take design risks and champion new ideas
- Help improve internal libraries shared between projects.
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
- Improve video quality using various video software
- Help with HTML and CSS implementation of designs.
- R&D with latest technology & trends
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have 3 years’ experience in UI/UX.
- UX design experience, including experience across desktop, mobile and web applications
- Excellent color concept
- Knowledge of wireframe tools
- Expert on Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premier pro, After Effects, Adobe audition, XD & Sketch
- Must have Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented
- Willing to lead and mentor other designers/developers.
- Experience working on and/or managing multiple projects at a time.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React/Angular/Vue.
- Experience with modern frontend styling systems like Styled Components, Tailwind, SASS/LESS, etc. would be plus.

- High level of initiative, creativity, and flexibility
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment; desire to roll up your sleeves and balance strategic and tactical responsibilities
