Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager (Sales) to oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and establish a reliable relationship with prospects to produce trust and confidence in their mind.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Strong relation building capabilities with experience in working with UN/NG organization.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by spontaneously taking care of them and following up.
  • Explore new opportunities from existing clients by analyzing their probable interests and recent works.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Visit to client’s / UN office premises regularly.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline from Reputed Public or Private University;

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as key account manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Proficiency in english
  • Habituated to public transport for traveling with capability of strict time maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Salary:

  • 35-40K (Based on experience and skills)
