Job Responsibilities:

Contacting inbound & outbound leads clients (Local & International), arrange meetings and close deals;
Negotiate pricing with clients;
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc;
Nurturing and developing relationships with new, existing and key clients;
Deal with international clients for hire dedicated developers;
Prepare TOR for UN organization;
Sometimes generate leads and cold call to outbound clients (LinkedIn);
Collaborate with accounts department for collection bills;
Tender Proposal Documentation (Government & Un organization-local & International);
Technical feature documentation;
Understand client’s projects requirements and create budget proposal in collaboration with the production team;
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone/skype/zoom (Local & International);
Understand the technical needs of the clients and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet technical expectation;
Prepare monthly sales report and attend monthly sales meeting with detail, sales report;
Create a sales pipeline of potential clients;
Maintain CRM update on daily basis;
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to CEO;
Design & develop technical pitch presentation for the client;
Research and identify new business opportunities and approach existing clients;
Attending conferences, meetings, tender pre-bid meetings, industry events;
Develop yearly OKR/KPI for the business team and ensuring they are met.

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering / MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed public or private university.

Proficient command of English is must;
Excellent skill in negotiation;
A proven track record of strong client relationships;
Strong presentation & planning skill;
Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales target;
Proficiency in researching and strategizing;
Hard working with B2B sales and lead generation experience;
Technical knowledge for web, game and mobile application is must
