Md Rafiquzzaman works in Riseup Labs as the Head of Product Development. He is a creative, hardworking and experienced developer. He completed his graduation in Computer Science and Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He is an experienced iOS developer as well as Unity and Cocos2D-X game developer. He is an expert in various programming languages such as Objective-C, Swift, C++, C#, Java etc. Many Apps and Games published and produced by Riseup Labs are developed with him. He also contributes in designing, planning, technical support and project management in Riseup Labs.

Enamul Hoque is responsible for products and designs at Riseup Labs. He has spent more than a decade in product and design leadership roles in Riseup Labs. He has started his career as a Jr. Mobile App Designer at Riseup Labs and later was promoted as a Operations Manager (Production) and still performing. He is most passionate about building and scaling teams, products, and processes that adapt rapidly to the market. At the same time, he never loses sight of what matters, customer value. In a word, he is a noble ideal leader in this software technology field. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering (BSc in CSE) degree from Daffodil International University (DIU).

Hamim Zakaria is responsible for business development at Riseup Labs. He also shares overall accountability for the business with the CEO with an emphasis on day-to-day business execution. He has spent more than 10 years in business leadership positions at top technology companies. Hamim and his team are passionate about helping customers leverage software development to achieve their marketing goals. Hamim has been at Riseup Labs for over two years. A team player, he holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with Clients, Business Owners, and development team, resulting in successful business development experiences.

Md Chhafrul Alam Khan is responsible for 360° Digital Marketing at Riseup Labs, including Product Optimization, Service Optimization, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), App Store Optimization, Local and International Business Optimization, Email Marketing, B2B, B2C, ATL, BTL & TTL Marketing, etc.

He has spent more than two decades in the computer technology field.

He started his career as a Computer Trainer at MCC in 2001 and later was moved to SCIIT with the same title. After that, he joined AMC as a Director, BEC as a Technical Manager, UCTC & IT as an IT Consultant, UISC as an English Teacher, BJIT Limited as a Jr. Programmer, VRIT Group as a Programmer, Cobra Tedagua JV as an Office coordinator cum GIS assistant, HFT Group as a Head of IT, OiiO International as an SEO and Digital Marketing Team Leader after few months promoted as a Project Manager of SEO and Digital Marketing, and then Riseup Labs as a Digital Marketing Manager and still performing. Also, globally he is known as an Information Technology (IT) Business Consultant.

He is enthusiastic about building and scaling market-friendly teams, optimized products, and brand awareness that adapt swiftly to the market. Yet, at the same time, he never loses sight of what matters, brand, and customer value.

In a word, he is a Master of 360° Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Also, he is a worthy ideal technology leader in the modern technology age.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering (BSc in CSE) degree from the Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB). He has also achieved so many national and international certifications in online marketing, which are globally recognized.

Md Rezwanul Haque is an Operations Manager (Admin) at Riseup Labs and He plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational aspects within our organization. His responsibilities are diverse and encompass a wide range of tasks that contribute to the efficient and effective operation of this organization. His key responsibilities are including Resource Allocation, Budget and Cost Management, Process Improvement, Team Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Vendor Management, Security and Compliance, Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution, Team Coordination and Leadership, Company VAT and Taxation, and Cash Incentive Claim Process. He leads a high-performing Admin team, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staffing budgeting. He collaborates with cross-functional software development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery, resulting in enhanced productivity and HR strategies with business goals. He graduated with BSc in civil engineering from the European University of Bangladesh.

Working with a large number of employees (4500 +) for around Six years helped me to develop people management skills & understanding of employee psychology. Proudly received the International contact center world AWARD for Talent Engagement in 2018 & 2019.

Md. Moshiur Rahman working as an Operations Manager at Riseup Labs. Riseup Labs is a next generation global IT Service and Technology solution provider which delivers web based software, mobile and game development services. He possesses more than 12 years of relevant and firsthand experiences in this field and he is continuously enlarging his roles and responsibilities day by day. In this long journey, he has completed so many leadership and managing roles in different organizations including Software Firm, Telecom Company, Multinational Companies etc. in Bangladesh. Managing organization and its employees have been his prime thing since the start of his early career. As an Operations Manager, he is engaged in managing the Sales and Marketing team, Local and International Business Development. He also takes care of the marketing strategies, all the portfolios making and publishing of our company.

He is a calm and composed person, always looking for opportunities to connect with people as an Operations Manager. He is focused in achieving goals and holds a motivational personality. He consistently delivers great work, regardless of the pressure. He is dynamic, determined and ambitious with his tasks.
