At Riseup Labs, we are dedicated to empowering women by equipping them with the right tools, skills, and confidence needed to succeed. With this vision in mind, we proudly launch the Her Power Phase 3 Laptop Distribution Program in Belkuchi and Sirajganj Sadar Upazila.
This initiative, in collaboration with the ICT Division, is more than just distributing laptops—it’s about opening new opportunities, promoting independence, and paving the way for a digitally skilled generation of women.
‘Her Power’: A Movement for Change
‘Her Power’ is more than just a project—it’s a movement that breaks down barriers and reimagines what women can achieve.
Our goal is clear: to ensure women have the digital tools and knowledge they need to confidently enter the workforce and thrive in an ever-changing world.
Through this initiative, we are providing:
- Tech Access for All – Ensuring women have the digital tools to access and excel in the modern world.
- Pathways to Financial Freedom – Helping women to leverage technology for entrepreneurship, freelancing, and remote work opportunities.
- Lifelong Learning & Growth – Offering access to digital courses and upskilling programs to ensure continuous learning.
- A Stronger, More Inclusive Community – Building a supportive network of women who inspire and support each other to succeed.
A Glimpse into the 3rd Phase
Phase 3 of the ‘Her Power’ Laptop Distribution Program is bringing digital opportunities to women in Belkuchi and Sirajganj Sadar. This phase focuses on providing the tools and training needed to help women succeed in today’s digital world.
Belkuchi
Women in Belkuchi are now stepping into the digital era with access to laptops, training, and mentorship. Through this initiative, they are equipped to explore new career paths, enhance their digital skills, and gain financial independence.
The program focuses on providing laptops to help women access education, employment, and business opportunities. It also includes hands-on training, ensuring that participants are comfortable using digital tools and navigating online platforms. Additionally, mentorship and expert-led sessions are offered to boost confidence and career growth.
Sirajganj Sadar
Sirajganj Sadar is also witnessing a significant shift as women gain access to technology through the ‘Her Power’ initiative. In this phase, laptops are being distributed to women, enabling them to enhance their education and professional capabilities. The initiative provides specialized training in freelancing, remote work, and digital entrepreneurship, allowing women to explore diverse job markets.
Furthermore, confidence-building workshops and structured training programs in IT skills, digital marketing, and business strategies are conducted to ensure participants can make the most of their digital journey.

Since the launch of the ‘Her Power’ project, we’ve seen lives change in incredible ways. With each phase, we’re moving closer to our mission of digital empowerment for all women, leading to:
