U-Report Bangladesh App UAT in Magura
Riseup Labs performed a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session for the U-Report Bangladesh App in Magura. The UAT was conducted by UNICEF Bangladesh on Monday, October 16, 2023, at the District Model Mosque Conference Hall Room, Magura.
The Chief Guest of this UAT was Mr. Mohammed Abu Naser Beg, Deputy Commissioner, Magura, and the Honorable Guest was Mr. Md. Qausar Hossain, Chief, UNICEF Khulna Field Office, Khulna. On the other hand, the Special Guest of this UAT were Mr. Md. Ibrahim-Al-Mamun, District Information Officer, Narail, and Mr. Mohammad Moniruzzaman, Deputy Director, Islamic Foundation, Magura. Mr. Pavel Das, District Information Officer, Magura, was the Chairperson.
More than 50 adolescents actively participated in the UAT. The guests, project team members, and a massive audience also helped to make a comprehensive and fruitful testing event.
UAT in Khulna
UNICEF Bangladesh conducted and Riseup Labs executed a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) session for the U-Report Bangla App. The UAT was held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Bagerhat, Satkhira, in Khulna.
The session was graced by the presence of distinguished Chief Guest, Md. Feroz Shah, Additional Divisional Commissioner (General) of Khulna, alongside Special Guest Md. Qausar Hossain, Chief of the UNICEF Field Office in Khulna, and Chairperson Gazi Zakir Hossain, Director of the Divisional District Information Office in Khulna.
This UAT session garnered active participation from a diverse group of over 120 individuals, including esteemed guests, dedicated project team members, and a substantial audience, creating a comprehensive and remarkably fruitful testing event.
UAT in Rangamati
In a significant development for youth engagement in Rangamati, Riseup Labs has successfully conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Bangla version of the U-Report application with UNICEF Bangladesh. This milestone event took place at the DC Office in Rangamati and saw the enthusiastic participation of over 100 adolescents.
The UAT event was held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023. It allowed these young participants to actively engage with the Bangla version of the U-Report app and provide invaluable feedback using the UAT form. Their insights will play a crucial role in developing the app’s usability, functionality, and overall experience for regional users.
Chief Guest Mr. Aungsuipru Chowdhury, Rangamati Hill District Council Chairman, Md. Team Riseup Labs conducted a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Bangla version of the U-Report Application in Noakhali. More than 100 enthusiastic adolescents actively took part in the event on September 20, 2023. They provided invaluable feedback through the UAT form.
Noakhali District Information Office organized the U-Report Orientation and Field Testing of the Bangla Offline Mobile Application program with support from the EU and UNICEF.
Mr. Dewan Mahbubur Rahman, Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate, Noakhali was the Chief Guest at the UAT. Mr. Md. Abdul Jalil, Social and Behavior Change Officer, UNICEF Chattogram as the Special Guest, and Mohammad Monir Hossain, Senior Information Officer, Noakhali attended the UAT as the program’s Chairperson.

The Bangla version of the U-Report Application developer team has successfully conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in Chittagong. On September 19, 2023, over 100 enthusiastic adolescents participated in the event, offering invaluable feedback through the UAT form.
Chattogram District Information Office organized the U-Report Orientation and Field Testing of the Bangla Offline Mobile Application program with support from the EU and UNICEF.

The day before Sylhet UAT, team Riseup Labs accomplished a successful UAT in Sunamganj. On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, more than 100 adolescents participated in this event. They shared their valuable feedback on the video feature of the Bangla version of the U-report Application.
U-Report Bangladesh App UAT in Jamalpur
Riseup Labs’ developer team conducted another UAT in Jamalpur in collaboration with UNICEF Bangladesh. The UAT was on the video feature of the U-Report Bangladesh App.
Thirty adolescents joined the UAT on Monday, September 4, 2023, at Shishu Surokkha Community Hub, Malmara, in Jamalpur. They used the U-Report app and shared their thoughts on the UAT.
U-Report Bangladesh App UAT in Mymensingh
The Bangla version of the U-report App developer team conducted a UAT on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. They organized the UAt at the Shishu Surokkha Community Hub, Bolashpur in Mymensingh. Thirty enthusiastic adolescents actively participated in the UAT to test the video feature of this app. They also provided their valuable feedback on the new feature.
U-Report Bangladesh App UAT in Bhola
The UAT took place in Bhola on Monday, August 7, 2023. Team Riseup Labs conducted the UAT at the office of partner organization Shushilan.
Over 30 community mobilizers (field officers) joined the UAT. They will use this app to collect survey data from remote users.
In the UAT, Riseup Labs collected feedback from the community mobilizers. It will be helpful to enhance the app’s User Experience (UX) and further improvement of this app.
U-Report Bangladesh App UAT in Barisal
The UAT took place in Barishal on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Team Riseup Labs and UNICEF Bangladesh conducted the UAT at the UN Office of Barisal City. More than 40 people from different districts of Barisal participated in the UAT.
U-Report Bangladesh App UAT in Rangpur
The UAT at Rangpur was the first UAT of the U-Report Bangladesh project. Team Riseup Labs and UNICEF Bangladesh conducted the UAT at the Hallroom of RDRS Bangladesh in Rangpur on Monday, July 31, 2023.
Over 25 adolescent users and 10 adult people from different partner organizations of UNICEF Bangladesh participated in the UAT. They gave feedback on the performance of the app.
Before the UAT, the UNICEF Bangladesh Team and Riseup Labs had a planning meeting on July 30. They planned the entire User Acceptance Testing event at that meeting.
