Overview
At Riseup Labs, we believe in pushing the boundaries of innovation to create solutions that empower communities. That’s why, we are excited to announce the UAT-3 success for “Let Us Learn” project on February 6, 2025, at Demosiya Para PLS, Chawkhyong, Alikadam, Bandarban.
This crucial phase in our ongoing commitment to digital transformation focused on testing the Student & Teacher Transfer Feature and the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) System to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability. The success of this UAT marks another significant step toward ensuring that every child and educator benefits from seamless digital education tools.
A Glimpse into the UAT-3 Day
The session began at 10:30 AM with a detailed briefing. The Riseup Labs team outlined the primary objectives, ensuring all stakeholders understood the testing scope and expected outcomes.

The diverse participation of key stakeholders, including representatives from UNICEF, Area Administration, Program Officers, Technical Officers, and Center Teachers, enriched the discussions and provided valuable insights.
System Walkthrough & Live Demonstrations
The session featured in-depth demonstrations of the core functionalities being tested. The Student & Teacher Transfer Feature was showcased to illustrate how student and teacher transitions can be managed seamlessly, ensuring minimal disruptions in education.

This powerful functionality allows administrators to execute transfers with ease, preventing unnecessary delays in learning continuity. Additionally, the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) System was demonstrated, where stakeholders observed how real-time, data-driven insights support better decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Hands-On Testing: Real Users, Real Feedback
A hands-on testing session gave participants the opportunity to directly interact with the system, assessing the effectiveness of student and teacher transfers in a simulated environment.

Throughout this process, several key areas were evaluated. Such as usability and accessibility were thoroughly assessed to determine how easy it was for users to navigate and interact with the platform.
The session also examined offline and hybrid data synchronization, ensuring the system remains functional even in regions with limited internet access. Furthermore, the system’s performance and efficiency were tested to measure how smoothly it handles real-time data updates and overall responsiveness.
Challenges & Immediate Improvements
Every digital education initiative faces challenges, and UAT-3 was no exception. During the testing phase, certain aspects requiring fine-tuning were identified:
- Offline Data Syncing Enhancements – While hybrid data synchronization functioned well, some areas required further optimization for seamless data transfer in low-bandwidth regions.
- User Interface Adjustments – Feedback from teachers suggested minor tweaks to enhance navigation and usability, making the system more intuitive.
- Performance Optimization – Load times for certain processes were analyzed to ensure faster responses, particularly in large-scale implementations.
Why This UAT-3 Was a Game-Changer?
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) isn’t just about ticking boxes—it’s about making sure our technology truly works in the hands of real users, in real situations.
For the “Let Us Learn” project, UAT-3 helped us:
- Fine-tune the Student & Teacher Transfer process to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burdens.
- Test-drive the M&E system to deliver real-time insights that matter.
- Gather first-hand feedback to refine usability and enhance impact.
- Identify key areas of improvement before rolling out on a larger scale.
This testing phase ensured that our digital solutions are not just functional but truly transformative for educators and students alike.
A Note from the Product Manager
“Every round of testing brings us one step closer to revolutionizing digital education. UAT-3 was another solid step forward, helping us bridge the gap between technology and real-world impact. We deeply appreciate the invaluable feedback from all our stakeholders.”
– Md. Rakib Hasan Dipu, Sr. Product Manager at Riseup Labs
What’s Next? Big Things Are Coming!
With UAT-3 successfully completed, we’re gearing up for the next milestones:
- Refining Features – Incorporating real-user feedback to fine-tune the system.
- Enhancing the M&E System – Strengthening data analytics for deeper insights and more seamless reporting.
- Final Testing & Optimization – Ensuring a smooth, efficient, and error-free experience before the broader rollout.
Our goal? Making digital learning effortless, engaging, and impactful for all.
A Token of Appreciation
