IUBAT students visited Riseup Labs to know – how IT Company works. Students from the Computer Science & Engineering department of the International University of Business Agriculture and Technology (IUBAT) came in 3 teams to the RUL headquarters office.
On Tuesday, 15th November 2022, the IUBAT students visited the Product development team of Riseup Labs. They also visited some remote teams that work for off-shore clients.
The CSE students wanted to know how an IT company works. They always studied Computer Science in class. The students had to know theoretically and practically about many things of computer science. But never saw an IT company practically. So, they visited Riseup Labs to know about them and had a chance to know about Software engineering, QA, Game Development, Blockchain, NFT, and Metaverse and Next-gen IT. We are also happy to show them and let them know about it.

The IUBAT students visited Riseup Labs to have practical experience and knowledge about an IT Company. They wanted to know about the following:
- What was the Founder’s primary plan?
- How does Riseup Labs recruit employees?
- What kind of work is done in the company?
- History of the establishment of the company?
- What are the key skills emphasized during the recruitment process?
This is my first visit to an IT Company. I am very lucky that our IUBAT students visited Riseup Labs. RUL employees are very courteous to the visiting students. They described to us how they give services to their clients, how they work, and how they develop games. I am so excited to visit here that I may apply later to join team Riseup Labs.
