Riseup Labs, in partnership with UNICEF Bangladesh, conducted several essential training programs focused on UNICEF’s Adolescent Nutrition Central Reporting System. This initiative aims to enhance the understanding and utilization of the system.
It fosters more accurate and efficient reporting on adolescent nutrition, a critical component of youth well-being and development. The participants received training with the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute to the mission of ensuring healthier and more prosperous futures for adolescents.
Training in Sylhet Division
Riseup Labs conducted the regional training session for the Adolescent Nutrition Central Reporting System project in Sylhet Division. UNICEF Bangladesh organized the session on October 25 and 26, 2023, at the Divisional Health Office of Sylhet.
The purpose of this training session was to provide thorough training to trainers who have the responsibility to demonstrate the product flow and usability to the school teachers in their assigned region (Sylhet).

Harun Ur Rashid, Divisional Director (Health), Sylhet, Fani Bhusson Sarkar, MIS in charge, SDHO, Sylhet, and Nimmi Hossain, Nutrition Officer, UNICEF – Sylhet participated the training as the guest. Along with the more than 40 individuals consisting of honorable guests and project team members, also actively participated in the event.

Training in Mymensingh Division
Riseup Labs recently conducted a Divisional Level Coordination & Planning Meeting on the Adolescent Nutrition Digital Reporting System, a critical initiative organized by UNICEF Bangladesh.
This two-day training session was held on October 8 and 9, 2023, at the Divisional Health Office, Mymensingh. It aimed to enhance key participants’ capacity to utilize the system effectively.
The training was attended by esteemed participants, including Directorate of Secondary & Higher Education (DSHE) Director Prof. Md Azharul Haque, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Deputy Director Dr. Pradip Kumar Saha, AD Ishrat Jahan, Medical Officer of Health (Divisional Director Office) Dr. Shafiqul Islam Apu, Divisional MIS Incharge Md. Mofiz Uddin, Civil Surgeon Dr. Pronoy Kanti Das, and UNICEF Bangladesh’s Nutrition Officer Md. Alamgir and Ireen Akhter Chowdhury.

During the two-day training session, participants were thoroughly briefed on various aspects of the Adolescent Nutrition Digital Reporting System. The topics covered included login procedures, user flow, adding students to the system, program management, tracking tablet stock, and generating essential reports.
Riseup Labs, in collaboration with UNICEF, aimed to present the system’s platform to the trainers, allowing them to explore its features and functionalities. This training was part of a broader effort to strengthen the stakeholders’ capacity in adolescent nutrition programs.
Training in Dhaka Division
Team Riseup Labs has successfully conducted Training on Adolescent Nutrition Digital Platform Reporting, Analysis & Use for Program Quality Improvement. The training program participants shared their ideas and learned the use of the Adolescent Nutrition Central Reporting System.
The Training on the Adolescent Nutrition Digital Platform was held on Thursday, 9th February 2023, at the Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College Hospital, Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
