Riseup Labs participated in the SAM workshop with Sida, UK Aid, and UNICEF Bangladesh. SAM eLearning Module of the Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) eLearning Platform was also launched in the workshop titled ‘Dissemination of Costed SAM Action Plan.’
On 22 October 2022, the SAM workshop and the ceremony program were arranged at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC), Agargaon, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The SAM workshop was funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and UK Aid and supported by UNICEF Bangladesh.
Ershadul Hoque, CEO of Riseup Labs, Enamul Hoque Ratul, Operations Manager, and team members attended the workshop.
Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) Online Training Platform
Riseup Labs developed a Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) Online Training platform for Doctors and nurses as the technical partner of UNICEF Bangladesh. The user and the partners of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) Online Training projects are:
- Health Population and Nutrition Sector Program (HPNSP)
- Institute of Public Health Nutrition (IPHN)
- International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b)
