Before joining Riseup Labs, Michael was Sales Director for North America at SuccessKPI, a SaaS analytics platform using AI to transform contact center performance. He also held leadership roles at Humach, where he advanced customer experience solutions, and at Working Solutions, where he led strategic customer initiatives for over eight years. Michael holds a BS in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University and served as a Commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard. Christophe M. David is the Vice President of Business Development for Europe at Riseup Labs, where he drives commercial strategies and client relationships across the region.
