WorkTok is redefining the service industry in Iraq. The app offers a unique solution that is helping boost youth employment by opening opportunities to provide different services. Through a direct, transparent medium offering market-competitive rates, the app connects service providers to customers instantly.
WorkTok presented significant potential for scaling and improvement. We took up the challenge of transforming the app into a robust platform for our client. This included refactoring the codebase and turning WorkTok into a high-functioning app with highly secure payment options. With multiple payment gateways and stronger authentication systems, the app is already making strides in gaining users’ trust. This simple yet powerful solution has the potential to revitalize the service industry.
Challenge
