Under this Long-Term Arrangement, Riseup Labs will support UNICEF with a wide array of DevOps services designed to modernize and streamline its digital infrastructure. This collaboration aims to boost operational efficiency, ensure high system availability, and enable rapid digital transformation across UNICEF’s ecosystem.

Scope of the Agreement

Under this Long-Term Agreement, active from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2028, Riseup Labs will provide UNICEF with a full suite of DevOps services, including:

CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment)

Developing automated pipelines to accelerate software delivery, improve reliability, and reduce human error—making sure UNICEF platforms are always running the latest and most secure code.

Configuration Management

Implementing centralized management tools and practices to ensure consistency and traceability across complex infrastructure environments.

Integration of Automated Testing

Embedding robust, automated testing into the development lifecycle to enhance software quality, reduce bugs, and promote seamless user experiences.

Cloud Architecture Design

Designing and implementing elastic, high-performing, and secure cloud environments to support UNICEF’s operations globally—from remote field offices to central systems.

Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting

Providing real-time monitoring, root cause analysis, and technical support to ensure UNICEF’s platforms remain stable, reliable, and scalable 24/7.
