Overview
myGov is an all-in-one app designed to provide access to a wide range of government services in Bangladesh. Developed as part of the Aspire to Innovate (a2i) program by the Information and Communication Technology Department and the Cabinet Division, and supported by the UNDP, myGov brings together services from various government agencies on a single digital platform. As myGov evolves, more services from different ministries will be added, making it easier for people to access everything they need in one place. The app also allows for online document submission and payments, ensuring quick, low-cost service delivery. Additionally, identity verification for service recipients is managed through the Porichoy platform, enhancing security and convenience.
The Objective

A hassle-free and enhanced accessibility of government services, streamlined administration, real-time communication, and data-driven decision-making have been some of the main objectives behind the development of the myGov app.
