Riseup Labs successfully conducted an orientation workshop on the Integrated Training and Learning Management System (ITLMS) on 22nd October 2025. It was jointly organized by the National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM), UNICEF, and Riseup Labs.

The session served as a key milestone in the ongoing digital transformation of Bangladesh’s education sector, introducing participants to a unified digital platform designed to modernize the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of teacher training programs nationwide.

Introducing the ITLMS Platform and Workshop

The ITLMS Orientation and Training Workshop provided a comprehensive overview of the Integrated Training and Learning Management System (ITLMS), which is a centralized digital platform designed to automate and streamline training processes across NAEM.

Participants received hands-on guidance on the system’s key features, including:

  • Course and training program management
  • Planning and scheduling automation
  • Real-time tracking of implementation and completion
  • Integrated performance evaluation tools

The upcoming implementation phase, scheduled between 28 October and December 2025, will see the ITLMS system fully deployed to support all national teacher training initiatives under NAEM’s supervision.

Professor Dr. Md. Zulfiqar Haidar, from NAEM, served as the Chief Guest, delivering a keynote speech on the pivotal role of digitalization in ensuring efficiency, transparency, and scalability in education management.

Mr. Iqbal Hossain, Education Manager at UNICEF, also shared insights on UNICEF’s continued collaboration with NAEM and Riseup Labs, emphasizing the shared goal of enhancing teacher training outcomes through innovation and technology.

Participants actively engaged in demonstrations, Q&A sessions, and collaborative planning discussions, thus laying the foundation for a smooth implementation of ITLMS across all training centers in Bangladesh.
