The event’s highlight was a game of ‘Guess the Name, Win the Fame.’ Employees enthusiastically participated, showcasing their knowledge of cinema and pop culture. The competition involved clues and hints, challenging participants to correctly identify movie titles or the names of actors and actresses.

Game Day at Riseup Labs – 2023
Riseup Labs hosted its annual “Game Day” event. Hundreds of Software Engineers, Developers, Game Developers, Artists, Graphic Designers, Software Quality Assurance, and enthusiasts from Head Offices and Branch offices joined the event.
The event was held on Thursday, 11th May 2023, at Riseup Labs’ headquarters and Branch offices in Dhaka. Riseup Labs’ Human Resource Department arranged various activities in the event, including Inflating balloons, threading in the needle in 15 seconds, and other gaming tournaments.
Winners of the Events – 2023
Attendees were able to try out new games, compete against each other in esports tournaments, and network with other gamers and developers. This event also generated a lot of excitement and energy in the team members.
The winners received prizes and other rewards. Md. Rafiquzzaman, Shad Ahmed, Oshit Sutra Dar, MD. Ridwanul Hasan, Noor A Tanjim, Mahamudul Hasan Sohag, Purna Chandra Ghosh, Al Emran Nayem, Md. Latifur Rahman, Md Sadiqul Islam Pappu, Akib Siddique, and Totha Mia won prizes in several events.
Riseup Labs’ Founder & CEO, Mr. Ershadul Hoque was also present at the event. He spoke about the importance of the event for the team members.

Game Day at Riseup Labs – 2022
Game Day is a regular employee engagement activity of Riseup Labs. On Thursday, 6 October 2022, Riseup Labs organized the event at its headquarters. All Production, Quality Assurance, Game Developer, HR, Sales, and Marketing team members participated in the competitions.
The Human Resource Department of Riseup Labs brought together all the team members to play. So, that they can refresh their mind while working. The Senior HR Generalist Taslima Binta Hafiz said about that,
Engagement in the workplace is encouraged and results in a better corporate culture. However, creating opportunities for ongoing engagement requires thought and labor. Still, the payoff is worth it when it results in satisfied workers and a better workplace.

The team members of each team enjoyed the events, which was evident by their enthusiasm during the games. Even some of them tried to win more than once. They also mimicked their co-workers about how much they were serious and loved their tasks.
The winners of the events were Iqbal Hossain, Md Nasib Khan, Md Akramuzzaman Siddique, Shad Ahmed, Ashraful Goni, Md. Totha, and Md. Ebrahim. They won exciting prizes for their performance in the events.
