Riseup Labs has successfully completed the User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the CHCP e-learning platform project in Sylhet. The project is a joint initiative of the Community Based Health Clinic (CBHC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), Bangladesh. It aims to provide digital learning resources to Community Health Care Providers (CHCPs) in rural areas.
The CHCP UAT was conducted on Thursday, 23rd February 2023, at the Upazila Health Complex in South Surma, Sylhet. The Line Director, Dr. Kaium Talukdar, and Program Manager, Dr. Sabbir Haider of CBHC; Technical Officer Pallav Bhatt and Murad Sultan of WHO participated in the CHCP UAT with team Riseup Labs.
Feedback from the CBHC and WHO
Community Health Care Providers tested the CHCP UAT in Sylhet. They provided feedback on its usability and effectiveness. The CHCP authority expressed their satisfaction with the platform developed by Riseup Labs, stating that –
It will be a great help to the healthcare industry. The CHCP e-learning platform’s quality is excellent and easy to use. It will make learning more engaging and effective.
Team Riseup Labs also shared their opinion about developing the platform. They told –
The CHCP e-learning platform is designed to address the challenges faced by CHCPs in rural areas, where access to training and health information is limited. The platform provides CHCPs with access to essential health information and training resources through a digital learning approach.
Features of CHCP e-learning platform
The platform includes a feature that allows CHCPs to track their progress and performance, enabling them to identify areas for improvement and enhance their skills. In addition, the CHCP e-learning platform is available on mobile devices, making it accessible to CHCPs even in remote areas where internet connectivity is limited.
