Its the first time. For this type of event in Bangladesh. Which was arranged by the ICT Division of Bangladesh Government. 212 participants were in the group for the competition across the country. Moreover, among them the winners were from 15 app developer companies under 7 different categories. The prize giving ceremony of this competition was on 18th April, 2015. It was at Krishibid Institution of Bangladesh (KIB).
Ashraf Abir presented the ceremony. CEO of the event organizer MCC Limited. While the awards were handed over by prominent personalities. In their respective sectors. Among them were ICT Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak. Also, Shamim Ahsan chairman of BASIS, advisor of Burn Unit Dr. Simanto Lal Sen, Jago Foundation Founder Korovi Rakhsand, film director Mostafa Sarwar Faruqi, actor director Ananta Jalil.
