The 'Let Us Learn' Project supports children across their education lifecycle. The UNICEF Let Us Learn program provides out-of-school children with alternative learning pathways. It also strengthens formal education systems for enrolled students, paying particular attention to girls and children with special needs. The initiative supports children into young adulthood through early childhood education, school, and vocational training.
UNICEF launched the Let Us Learn Project in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Liberia, Madagascar, and Nepal in 2011.
The Let Us Learn initiative has been involved in Bangladesh to create access to education for out-of-school children (OoSC) in hard-to-reach areas. This Project supports children through Pre-Primary Education (PPE), Ability Based Accelerated Learning (ABAL), and catch-up initiatives for remedial learning of the children.
