Riseup Labs has arranged an Engaging and Impactful Town Hall Meeting to present their successes, and future programs, and to reward the employees who contributed to the company tirelessly.

On Saturday, 15th April 2023, Riseup Labs’ Human Resource team organized the town hall meeting and the program at a local convention hall in Dhaka. Mr. Ershadul Hoque, the Founder & CEO of Riseup Labs, and other Core leaders including all employees of Riseup Labs attended the program.

The program started with some excellent presentations about futuristic ideas and already-developed next-generation platforms from the many talented innovators of Riseup Labs. 

The Town Hall Speakers

The Town Hall Meeting of the program was the main attraction where the Town Hall Speakers spoke on some significant matters of Riseup Labs including innovation in technology, successful launching of new products, business forecasts, modern marketing strategies, and so many other things.

The Operations Manager of Riseup Labs, Enamul Hoque, Senior Business Development Manager KH. Md. Hamim Zakaria, Senior Marketing Manager Md Chhafrul Alam Khan, Senior HR Generalist Taslima Binta Hafiz, Product Manager Rakib Hasan, Product Manager Jamil Mahmud Sakib, Product Manager Ahad Hossain, and Product Designer Md. Amanur Rahman Khan discussed these topics with their stunning presentations.

Presentation on Business Forecasts

Senior Business Development Manager KH. Md. Hamim Zakaria described how present businesses are running globally and how to thrive in the future business model.

Presentation on Modern Marketing Strategies

Senior Marketing Manager Md Chhafrul Alam Khan discussed Modern Marketing Strategies in his presentation. He showed how we can bring success by working together and giving support from each member to grow the company. He also assured that “Nothing is impossible if you have the true wish and knowledge to find, collect and utilize information.”

Presentation on Successful Projects

Product Manager Rakib Hasan explained about the challenges and solutions on handling projects successfully. As a successful project manager, he showed modern tactics to manage projects.

Presentation on Innovation in Technology

Riseup Labs is working on many innovation programs on their own and they are planning to innovate in technology more in the future. Product Manager Ahad Hossain, and Product Designer Md. Amanur Rahman Khan presented and discussed the innovation programs of Riseup Labs.

Reward and Recognition (R&R) Program

At the program, Riseup Labs arranged a reward and recognition (R&R) event to encourage dedicated employees. Mr. Ershadul Hoque, the Founder & CEO of Riseup Labs, awarded the employees with prizes and certificates to the employees who successfully completed and contributed to their projects. 

Creative and innovative ideas from many minds created the Riseup Labs! We have come a long way in the world of Information and Technology. Now we are working not only for Bangladesh but also for global countries such as the United States, UK, Australia, Canada and more. The outstanding performance of our employees in different areas, such as innovation, creativity, and leadership made it possible for us to lead in the IT sector. Riseup Labs is also working on social change using new technologies. One example of this is the Meena game, which plays a huge role in learning responsibility

The event also included speeches from the management team and some award winners. They shared their experiences and insights into their success stories, inspiring others to strive for excellence and achieve their goals.

Participation of Riseup Labs Team Member

Heads of Departments, Product Managers, Executives, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Software Quality Assurance Engineers, Web Developers, Artists, Product Designers, Graphic Designers, and other team members of Riseup Labs also participated in the Town Hall Meeting.

The event was a great success and was well-received by the team members. They expressed gratitude to the management for organizing such an event. Team members also gave thanks for motivating them to work harder to achieve their goals.

We have received many suggestions and tips from our company. Our seniors helped us by sharing the story behind their success. I am also thankful to Riseup Labs for arranging such a great event. We got to meet our other team members working in different branches. They shared their experiences with us too. It was an excellent opportunity for me.

Iftar Program

In the end, the HR team of Riseup Labs arranged an ‘Iftar Program’ where all of the team members participated.

The Town Hall Meeting and the Iftar Program were one of successful events. It made the day of Riseup Labs. Special thanks to all for attending and supporting the program.
