We built a comprehensive automation to scale HR operations, ensuring new hires experience a frictionless onboarding journey while providing the administration team with deep, real-time insights.
The system automatically generates employee branding materials using approved company templates and employee data. HR can create ID cards, visiting cards, birthday cards, promotional cards, Slack/Teams/Zoom backgrounds, and other branded assets without manual design work.
This helps new employees receive essential materials faster and allows HR to maintain consistent branding across every employee-facing asset.
The platform automates the documentation process before and during onboarding. Once employee data is available, the system can generate offer letters, joining documents, onboarding emails, appointment letters, and other required HR files.
Instead of preparing documents manually, HR teams can trigger standardized workflows that pull data from the Employee Management System and generate the required documents automatically.
