Key Project Features
We managed the entire lifecycle of the official Executive Diary and Folder for 2026, bridging the gap between digital design and physical premium manufacturing. This ensured that every unit reflected WHO’s global standards of professionalism and sustainability.
Executive Diary Design
We engineered a product designed for senior officials. The diaries feature a portable A5 size (15 × 22 × 2 cm) with a premium faux leather cover for durability. The branding includes a deep-embossed WHO logo and official text, maintaining a clean, executive appeal suitable for high-level stakeholders.
Functional & Usability Engineering
Beyond aesthetics, the products were built for daily utility. We implemented rounded corners on both pages and covers to prevent wear, matched elastic closure bands to the diary color scheme, and included a ribbon bookmark for quick navigation. A built-in inner pocket was added for essential document storage.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
To guarantee zero-error production for 2,500+ units, we implemented a multi-stage QA process. This included machine proof submission prior to full-scale printing and obtaining direct approval from NPO COM, WHO. Continuous validation against approved samples ensured consistency across the mass production run.
Logistics & Global Standards
We coordinated a complex logistics operation under DAP terms (INCOTERMS 2020). The delivery was executed via surface freight to the WHO Gulshan office in Dhaka. Packaging followed specific durability and stacking guidelines to ensure the shipment arrived with no issues raised post-delivery.
