An AI-native, multi-channel Customer Experience platform built by Riseup Labs – where AI is always in the loop, engaging, qualifying, and resolving conversations across voice, chat, SMS, email, and WhatsApp, all from one system.
The chat widget in the bottom-right corner of this site runs on Commplify. Call our office from outside Bangladesh, and the voice agent that answers is Commplify too! This page isn’t showing you a sandbox, it’s showing you our own front door.
Commplify is an AI-native, multi-channel Customer Experience platform built by Riseup Labs around one core idea: AI should never sit outside the conversation. Every voice call, chat message, SMS, email, and WhatsApp thread is handled, routed, escalated to a human when needed, and learned from — with AI in the loop from first contact through to resolution.

From the first ring or message to full resolution, Commplify’s capabilities span every layer of the conversation stack.
Voice inbound and outbound, web chat, SMS, email, and WhatsApp all feed into a single, unified conversation inbox, so there are no channel silos, no fragmented history, and no customer repeating themselves. Every conversation carries its full context regardless of where it started.
Each AI agent is defined by a persona — name, tone, personality, response length, emoji policy, plus a system prompt with domain context and guardrails, and a token-budgeted memory of the full conversation. Agents can call internal or external tools in parallel, and a Draft/Live toggle with a real-time, multi-turn test console means nothing goes live untested.
Knowledge articles bind to agents many-to-many – one article can serve multiple agents, and one agent can pull from multiple articles. Standard Mode injects content directly into the system prompt with token-budget enforcement; Smart Mode uses vector embeddings and semantic search to retrieve only the most relevant chunks, keeping responses accurate even on large knowledge bases.
Commplify’s voice pipeline pairs Deepgram, OpenAI Whisper, or offline Vosk for speech-to-text with ElevenLabs, Cartesia, or local Kokoro for text-to-speech. A three-tier voice activity detection fallback (Silero → WebRTC → Energy) keeps turn-taking natural, barge-in lets callers interrupt the AI mid-sentence, and SIP trunking through LiveKit and Twilio handles inbound and outbound calling with missed calls auto-triggering an SMS follow-up.
A drag-and-drop, node-and-edge canvas lets teams build automations triggered manually, on a schedule, by conversation events, or by webhook. Built-in actions send templated emails and book meetings through Google Calendar or Calendly with buffer times and any workflow can span conversation events across multiple channels, with full execution tracking and run-time stats for every step.
Conversations move through a clear lifecycle – Created, Live, Resolved or Closed with a human-readable reference ID for cross-system lookup. Any agent or manager can take over from AI mid-conversation, escalations route to named user groups with a preserved trail, and CSAT is inferred automatically from sentiment or set manually on resolution. Idle conversations auto-close on a configurable timeout.
A live dashboard surfaces total conversations, AI-handled and AI-resolved counts, average response time, and average CSAT broken down by channel, with sentiment distribution and LLM-inferred intent tags on every conversation. Time-range filters, workspace comparisons, and a full audit log give managers and executives the visibility they need at whatever scope their role allows.
A single script tag adds a fully branded, token-authenticated chat widget to any page – no SDK, no framework dependency. Domain whitelisting keeps embeds secure, theme and welcome-message configuration keep it on-brand, and returning visitors resume their prior conversation automatically.
Every organization can spin up multiple workspaces by team, region, department, or brand each with its own agents, conversations, workflows, and knowledge base. Six role levels, from Viewer to Super Admin, control exactly who can configure, reply, or just observe, and every workspace is enforced at the API layer so data never bleeds across tenants.
