This helps new employees receive essential materials faster and allows HR to maintain consistent branding across every employee-facing asset.

The platform automates the documentation process before and during onboarding. Once employee data is available, the system can generate offer letters, joining documents, onboarding emails, appointment letters, and other required HR files.

Instead of preparing documents manually, HR teams can trigger standardized workflows that pull data from the Employee Management System and generate the required documents automatically.
