In the two campaigns before the engagement, this manual process led to 1 discount code failing at launch and 1 broken countdown timer that stayed live for roughly 6 hours before being caught.

Product and collection pages were loading slower than expected: the average product page scored 51 on Google PageSpeed Insights (mobile), with a 4.6-second average load time driven by uncompressed images (several exceeding 2.5MB) and 22 third-party scripts loading on every page regardless of relevance.
