Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for an Executive, Tender Documentation, you'll manage the entire tendering process, from documentation preparation to submission. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance, coordinating with departments for accurate information, and maintaining detailed records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential, contributing to the company's success in securing new contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and writing documentation on for the tender requirements both hardware and software.
- Research, propose, and implement documentation on for government, semi-government, UN and NGO projects.
- Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation on.
- Maintain and update CRM time-to- time.
- Initiate improvements in documentation.
- Display consistent and advanced me-management ability.
- Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information.
- Manage different architectural diagram required for the tenders in/out from the team.
- Meet all related deadlines assigned by line manager.
- Prepare documentation on the software inception report & SRS Report.
- May be required to perform other du es as requested, directed, or assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements:
- BSC in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.
Additional Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Proven track record in preparing tender documents (both local and international).
- Experience in e-GP system will add advantage.
- Having experience in working for international tender and previous tender award experience.
- Proficient command of English is a must.
- Ability to comprehend, assimilate and document numerous so ware applications, hardware functionality, and software/hardware integration independently.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to edit, proofread and implement in-line changes.
- Advanced understanding of technical writing conventions.
- Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex technical data.
- Advanced documentation layout and formatting skills.
- Highly motivated and independent individual.
