Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a telesales executive. As a Tele Sales Executive, your core responsibility is making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. Achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate records, and adapting to evolving sales strategies are key aspects of the role. Effective communication and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the Product scheme.
- Effectively communicate the features and advantages of the Campaign
- Use persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into Product subscribers.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the OB Campaign scheme and its benefits.
- Stay updated on any changes or updates to the product.
- Having worked in Telemarketing roles (projects like- MCA, Solar, HVAC, Debt Conciliation, Air duct, Janitorial Services, Heat pump, Medicare, etc.)
- Engage with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about the Product to enhance customer confidence.
- Work in a target-driven environment, consistently striving to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines related to telesales.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and privacy.
- Accurately record customer information and sales details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices for sales success.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating team environment.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/Vicidial system.
