Job Context:
We are looking for five (5) experienced SQA Engineers to join our project team. The ideal candidates must have strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to ensure high-quality software delivery through structured testing methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms.
- Conduct unit testing, regression testing, functional testing, and other quality assurance checks.
- Execute API testing, performance testing, and system integration testing.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Document defects clearly and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare test reports, process documents, and maintain quality documentation.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, project standards, and process-driven QA delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end quality in software releases.
Educational Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Must provide evidence of at least 3 completed SQA/testing projects.
- Experience working in any of the following sectors will be an advantage: - Software companies, Telecom, ISP, Banking, Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Enterprise systems
Technical Skills
Strong experience in:
- Manual Testing
- Automated Testing (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.) o API Testing (Postman, JMeter, etc.)
- Performance Testing
- Familiarity with scripting languages (preferred). Hands-on knowledge of test management tools and QA processes. Additional Qualifications
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Professional certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and within a structured QA framework.
