Senior Unity Developer

Job Context:

As a Senior Unity Developer, the candidate will be responsible for implementing game functionality and translating design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional and engaging game experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and implement high-quality game features while working as part of the wider studio team.
• Transform design specification into functional game assets;
• Establish an effective strategy and development pipeline;
• Quickly create and iterate on prototypes showcasing new designs and interaction patterns;
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code;
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games;
• Identify process and application bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner;

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ professional experience with Unity 3D game development
• Strong experience in 3D coordinate geometry, vector, physics and mathematics
• Shipped at least 3 titles on Mobile, Web or, PC platforms
• Ability and desire to work in a rapid-iteration environment
• Deep understanding of #C and a strong foundation in object-oriented programming skills
• Experience working with game assets (meshes, animations, materials, textures, etc.)
• Experience profiling and optimizing the game and render performance (GPU and CPU)
• Experience with source control systems such as Git in a multi-developer team environment;
• Have experience in Git CLI and shell scripting
• Expert in unity 2D canvas and all UI component
• Understanding the UX design process and experience working with the UX design team and/or development team
• Experience with Universal Render Pipeline (URP) and/or HDRP
• Understanding of the full development pipeline, from 3D asset creation to game development
• Experience with shader graph/programming
