Job Context:
Riseup Labs is expanding into the Indian market with an ambitious growth plan. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the front line of our sales efforts, researching prospects, initiating outreach, and building a strong sales pipeline. Your work will directly contribute to customer acquisition targets and our ability to scale rapidly across India.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Research
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries and Tier-1/Tier-2 cities in India.
- Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM with weekly updates on outreach and progress.
Outbound Outreach :
- Execute high-volume outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Craft tailored outreach messages that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the Indian market.
Pipeline Development :
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations to assess fit and potential.
- Nurture relationships with prospects, keeping them engaged until ready for handoff.
- Maintain a steady pipeline that supports management’s sales targets.
Appointment Setting :
- Book qualified meetings for the Management Team and Regional Managers.
- Ensure smooth handover of lead intelligence and context for each scheduled call.
Collaboration & Reporting :
- Work closely with City Reps and Regional Managers to coordinate field activations.
- Provide input into weekly KPI dashboards, reporting on outreach volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Share feedback from prospects to improve scripts, messaging, and offers.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Additional Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation (BPO/outsourcing background is a plus).
- Strong communication skills (English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are an advantage).
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending personalized outreach at scale.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms.
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle high-volume, fast-paced outreach.
Working Hours:
- 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Bangladesh Time
