Job Context:
RiseupLabs Labs is looking for a Production Manager to lead the retouching production team. As a Production Manager, you will oversee the entire production workflow, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely project delivery. This role is critical in managing large-scale image editing operations, driving efficiency, and supporting both clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the retouching production team, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
- Manage end-to-end production workflow to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact for operations to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Track production performance, report progress against KPIs, and highlight capacity risks.
- Plan and manage shift schedules, resource allocation, and team utilization.
- Identify opportunities for additional client work and support revenue growth.
- Provide training, mentorship, and feedback to retouchers, QC\specialists, and team leads.
- Monitor and support QC processes to maintain international standards.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data security, and company policies.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Additional Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in production, operations, or studio management within a creative, photo editing, or design agency.
- Strong knowledge of image editing workflows (retouching, clipping path, color correction, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and related tools.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance speed with high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
