Job Context:
RiseupLabs is looking for a Mid-Level Photo Retouching Expert to support our creative production team. The role involves professional photo editing, color correction, background cleanup, and image enhancement to meet client requirements and brand standards. Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle projects independently are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Retouch and enhance photos, including skin correction, product detailing, background --cleanup, and color grading.
- Ensure image quality and consistency according to client guidelines.
- Handle medium-to-high volume editing projects within deadlines.
- Collaborate with senior retouchers, QCs to meet creative direction.
- Maintain organized digital files and follow workflow standards.
- Stay updated on industry tools and techniques for continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or any related discipline.
Additional Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional experience in photo retouching.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid portfolio showing retouching and enhancement skills.
- Strong eye for detail, color accuracy, and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with good communication skills.
