Job Context:
We are looking for Full Stack Odoo Developer using Python who is passionate about building highly effective and optimized python application for the back end. Candidates with excellent technical skills and strong analytical team players are mostly welcome.
Job Responsibilities:
(Development)
- Design, implement, and maintain Odoo applications and custom modules based on business needs.
- Customize and extend existing modules for various business areas like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and integrate data via APIs.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software reliability.
- Manage Odoo environments, including configuration, deployment, and server maintenance.
- Develop technical documentation and stay updated with the latest Odoo and Python trends.
(Functional)
- Understand business processes, analyze challenges, and map them into Odoo workflows.
- Configure Odoo modules and features (Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounts, Inventory, HR, etc.) to fit organizational operations and goals.
- Prepare required documents, process flows, and SRS (Software Requirements Specification) documents.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance to employees on navigating and optimizing their use of Odoo.
- Collaborate with IT and Odoo developers to enhance system functionalities and address technical issues.
- Assist with data migration, software testing, and quality assurance. Complete on demand task assign by HoD or Management.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in the Python programming language.
- Experience with the Odoo framework (ORM, XML) and Odoo JavaScript stack.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with PostgreSQL database and the ability to write SQL queries.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven, hands-on Odoo development experience.
- Also Experience in manufacturing industry.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential for collaborating with teams.

- 9 am - 6 pm (Saturday - Thursday)
