.NET MAUI Developer

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a skilled .NET MAUI App Developer to be provided on an augmentation basis to support the development and maintenance of our cross-platform enterprise mobile applications. The resource will work closely with our internal development team and should be capable of independently contributing to both ongoing and new mobile application projects targeting Android and iOS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI (.NET 8/9/10).
• Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using XAML and MVVM architecture.
• Implement application features following clean architecture and best practices.
• Consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Identity, etc.).
• Manage local data storage using SQLite or other suitable local databases.
• Implement offline data synchronization where required.
• Integrate device capabilities such as camera, barcode scanning, file storage, notifications, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, and other platform-specific features.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, battery consumption, and startup time.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Write platform-specific implementations when required using dependency injection or platform services.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation when required.
• Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store when necessary.

Educational Requirements:

• B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed public or private university.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing and publishing applications for both Android and iOS.
• Experience integrating hardware peripherals.
