Job Context
We are looking for LinkedIn Outreach Specialist which is a results-driven role focused on generating qualified appointments through strategic outreach, targeted lead generation, and consistent content execution across multiple LinkedIn profiles. This position requires a balance of prospecting, relationship-building, and content marketing, with performance primarily measured by the number of confirmed appointments booked. The role also involves maintaining account health, ensuring brand-aligned communication, and continuously optimizing outreach strategies for higher conversion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain highly targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and defined audience criteria.
- Research, qualify, and segment prospects to ensure relevant and personalized outreach.
- Execute daily connection requests and structured multi-step follow-up messaging sequences.
- Craft and send warm, human, and non-sales-driven messages aligned with brand voice.
- Manage conversations end-to-end, converting prospects into booked calendar appointments.
- Track, update, and manage all outreach activities, lead statuses, and outcomes in a shared system.
- Identify and escalate high-intent prospects in real time for immediate action.
- Re-engage inactive or unresponsive prospects through follow-up strategies.
- Create, schedule, and manage LinkedIn content across multiple profiles and a company page.
- Develop both text-based and graphic posts aligned with defined content themes and audience interests.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards before publishing.
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence and optimize content for engagement and growth.
- Monitor and maintain LinkedIn account health, ensuring compliance with platform limits and best practices.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports and weekly performance summaries.
- Analyze outreach and content performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and content strategies to maximize appointment conversion.
Educational Requirements:
- H.S.C/A -Levels or Bachelors
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and Sales Navigator usage.
- Strong track record of booking appointments or generating leads through social selling.
- Excellent written English with the ability to craft personalized, engaging, and natural-sounding messages.
- Experience designing and executing multi-step outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, connection limits, and account safety practices.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent reporting discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple LinkedIn profiles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with B2B audiences, particularly in finance, real estate, or professional services is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance-driven KPIs.
- Reliable internet connection with backup support and availability aligned with required working hours.
