Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a Lead Generation Analyst to support our international client acquisition across BPO, IT Services, and Resource Augmentation industries. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads by conducting in-depth market research, engaging with decision-makers, and leveraging CRM and automation tools to maintain a high-quality pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with international lead generation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting international markets.
- Conduct in-depth company and contact research to identify high-potential leads and decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and ensure alignment with company offerings before handing over to the Business Development team.
- Manage and track leads effectively using CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Utilize sales engagement and automation tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn
- Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, ContactOut) to improve prospecting efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Maintain lead generation KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated on global lead generation trends, B2B outreach techniques, and tools.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent educational attainment (H.S.C/A-Level).
Additional Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation preferably in international markets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, crunchbase).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and improve lead quality.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple pipelines, and work in a target-driven environment.

- Weekend and Shift time may change in future. weekend can change to Friday& Saturday, and shift might change to 9AM to 6PM
