Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a skilled, smart, relationship-driven, and growth-focused professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in English communication, comfortable dealing with international clients, and eager to build a career in global sales and account management. The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, supporting the sales journey from initial communication to conversion, and contributing to the company’s international growth efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients in a professional, polished, and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with prospects, active clients, and strategic accounts.
- Understand client requirements and align them with the company’s service offerings.
- Support lead nurturing activities through regular follow-up, account coordination, and relationship management.
- Explore market trends, industry shifts, and competitor positioning to identify new business opportunities.
- Research target industries, potential clients, and international markets to support sales expansion.
- Present company capabilities, value propositions, and relevant service solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain clear records of meetings, communications, opportunities, and account progress using CRM or internal tracking tools.
- Prepare regular activity reports, pipeline updates, and account status summaries for management.
- Coordinate internally with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams when needed to ensure better client support.
- Strong understanding of international sales practices, client behavior, and cross-cultural communication.
- Take part in internal training, skill development initiatives, and performance improvement sessions.
Educational Requirements:
- Educational background is flexible. We value communication ability, commercial sense, and learning attitude more than academic scores.
- Students in their final semester, fresh graduates, or candidates without a completed degree may also apply if they have the right potential.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal ability with the confidence to handle international business conversations.
- A naturally proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of relationship-building and follow-up tasks.
- Interest in sales, client communication, business growth, and international market exposure.
- Ability to understand client pain points and present solutions in a convincing way.
- Good listening skills, business maturity, and a client-first attitude.
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and improve continuously.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with targets, follow-ups, and communication deadlines.
Must have Qualifications:
- Must be comfortable with a compensation structure that includes both fixed pay and performance-based variable incentives.
- Should have a general understanding of IT-enabled services, outsourcing, digital solutions, or online business marketplaces.
