Job Responsibilities:

Assist in daily HR operations;
Assist in recruitment and selection process;
Assist in preparing the Job Description for different positions;
Job posting, Screening of applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview records;
Handling joining formalities and carry out orientation programs for new employees;
Review, update and maintain employee files, and other HR documents in an efficiently, timely, orderly and confidential manner;
Prepare employee CVs;
Keep track record of hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions;
Prepare different drafts, reports, letter, notice as directed by the team manager;
Assist to arrange different Training program;
To assist in ensuring comfortable environment at work place;
Assist to organize staff day function for every month;
Any other task assigned by HR Manager.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM from any reputed public or private university.

Additional Requirements:

6 months – 1 year experience in a related position;
Only female candidates are allowed to apply;
Having good communication skills & writing skills (Bengali & English), interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset;
Good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented;
Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution;
Strong knowledge of relevant labor acts and regulations;

Workplace: Work at office

Joining Date: Immediately
