Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a creative and versatile Jr. Multimedia Content Creator to design and produce engaging digital content across various platforms. The role involves creating graphics, videos, animations, and interactive media to support marketing campaigns, branding, and communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, proficiency in multimedia tools, and the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shoot high-quality videos, reels, and branded content as per daily targets.
- Edit videos with top-notch post-production skills (color grading, sound design, motion graphics, transitions, etc.).
- Work closely with the branding team to produce creative storytelling videos.
- Capture cinematic shots that align with modern trends and brand tone.
- Maintain consistency in video quality, formats, and visual storytelling.
- Deliver final video assets to the Team Lead for campaigns, social media, and marketing purposes.
- Occasionally capture photography content (events, product shots, team culture).
- Assist with graphic design tasks if required (plus point).
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in multimedia or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional videography and video editing.
- Proven experience in videography, cinematography, and video editing.
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
- Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Excellent knowledge of post-production workflows (color correction, sound mixing, effects).
- Ability to meet daily video production targets under tight deadlines.
- Strong storytelling skills with a creative and detail-oriented mindset.
- Highly active, energetic, and passionate about content creation.
- Experience in short-form content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Photography and graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) will be a plus.
- Previous work in a branding, media agency, or creative studio.
