Job Context:
Riseup Labs is seeking a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist to join us on a contract basis as a strategic advisor to our internal Ads team. This role is not responsible for day-to-day campaign execution. Instead, the primary responsibility is to guide, mentor, and architect the overall paid acquisition strategy to ensure long-term success and scalable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and define full-funnel Google Ads strategy for global B2B markets (USA, UK, UAE)
- Guide and mentor the internal Ads team on campaign structure, targeting, and scaling approach
- Design budget allocation frameworks
- Architect bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding) aligned with revenue goals
- Define KPI structure focused on SQL quality and revenue impact, not vanity metrics
- Audit and improve conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking
- Provide strategic direction for landing page optimization and post-click conversion improvement
- Establish structured testing and scaling frameworks
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide growth roadmaps
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies
- Elevate internal team capability from execution-level management to strategic growth thinking
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any other discipline
Additional Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in B2B industries (IT services, SaaS, outsourcing preferred)
- Proven experience managing high-budget accounts ($10,000–$100,000+ monthly spend)
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strong ROI and high-quality lead generation
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and server-side tracking
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of B2B buying cycles and SQL qualification frameworks
- Experience in strategic performance analysis and revenue-based attribution modeling
- Multiple Google Ads Certifications via Google Skillshop will be considered an advantage
