Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing data from various cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights to the management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a knack for data-driven Analysis, and a collaborative mindset to support the company’s strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from all cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, Technology, sales, operations).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize team performance, project progress, and other key metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights across teams to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with team leads to understand their data needs and provide actionable solutions.
- Conduct periodic reviews of team KPIs and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Generate detailed and summary-level reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Assist in automating data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all teams.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Python/R.
Highly experience in AI tool, agent and skill using.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Understanding of databases, including relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with business tools (e.g., CRMs, project management software) and their data structures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to share findings with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
