Job Context:
Riseup Labs is entering the Indian market with ambitious growth and retention targets. As a CRM & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for building and managing the systems, dashboards, and insights that power our inside sales, customer service, and field activation teams. You will ensure data accuracy, provide real-time visibility into KPIs, and help the leadership team make data-driven decisions for scaling operations..
Job Responsibilities:
- CRM Management, Configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM system to support sales, support, and outreach workflows.
- Ensure accurate data capture for all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Train SDRs, CSRs, and managers on CRM best practices to maintain high data quality.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Develop and publish weekly KPI dashboards covering acquisition, conversion, retention, and pipeline health.
- Track key metrics: CAC, signups, paid conversions, retention rates, call/email activity, and appointment setting.
- Provide monthly business review (MBR) reports and contribute to quarterly strategy/QBR packs.
Data Integrity & Insights :
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data, tax, and payment regulations in India.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Recommend process improvements based on funnel analysis, activity tracking, and campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Regional Managers, SDRs, and CSRs to align CRM workflows with daily operations.
- Share insights with the CMO Oversight team to influence strategy, offers, and messaging.
- Support the compliance team with reporting related to payments, tax, and brand-safe execution.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Additional Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM administration, reporting, or sales operations (BPO/outsourcing or SaaS experience preferred).
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and reporting tools (Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track, interpret, and present KPIs.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working with large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly to management
