Role Overview:

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Cold Calling Virtual Assistant / Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to support our daily outbound prospecting efforts. This role is responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to property owners, identifying potential sellers, gathering relevant information, and maintaining accurate records within our CRM and tracking systems.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, can think quickly during conversations, and is disciplined enough to maintain consistent productivity during scheduled calling hours. This position plays a key role in generating qualified real estate leads and supporting the overall growth of our acquisition pipeline.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to property owners using Mojo Dialer or similar dialing platforms.
  • Engage homeowners in professional and effective conversations to assess potential selling interest.
  • Ask qualifying questions to identify seller motivation, timeline, property details, and other relevant information.
  • Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently while maintaining a positive and professional tone.
  • Accurately document call outcomes, lead information, and notes in Google Sheets, CRM systems, or designated databases.
  • Identify and escalate qualified leads based on established criteria.
  • Maintain consistent calling activity and productivity during scheduled working hours.
  • Stay responsive and available via phone, text, or designated communication channels during active shifts.
  • Prepare and submit concise daily activity reports summarizing call volume, conversations, lead opportunities, and key findings.
  • Follow company processes, scripts, and lead qualification guidelines while continuously improving call performance.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese communication skills (spoken and written preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills with clear and professional verbal communication.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, customer service, or similar phone-based roles.
  • Experience in real estate lead generation, wholesaling, acquisitions, or property prospecting is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse personalities.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to gather information through effective questioning.
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude in a high-volume calling environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Gmail, CRM platforms, and online research tools.
  • Experience using Mojo Dialer or similar auto-dialing systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer equipment, and a professional remote work environment.
  • College degree preferred but not required. Relevant experience and proven communication skills will be given strong consideration.

Work-Time:

  • 12.00 AM -04.00 AM (PHST)

Salary: 

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
