Job Context:
Riseup Labs is looking for a resilient, proactive, and communication-focused Executive, Business Development (International Market) to support our international growth initiatives. This role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and meeting scheduling for international markets including USA, Europe, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound sales activities, maintaining CRM records, and supporting the sales pipeline while working as an individual contributor with clearly defined KPIs.
Job Responsibilities:
International Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate new business opportunities in USA, Europe, and Middle East markets through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify and approach international companies and key decision-makers using structured outreach campaigns.
- Promote Riseup Labs’ software development and IT services to prospective global clients.
Client Engagement & Meeting Coordination
- Conduct initial discovery calls with international prospects to understand business needs.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients and participate in business discussions when required.
- Maintain professional, clear, and consistent communication throughout the sales process.
- Deliver strict KPIs on the number of calls to be attended and number of deals to be closed on Monthly Basis.
Research & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and buyer personas to identify high-potential prospects.
- Stay updated on international market trends, competitor offerings, and client requirements in the software development industry.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and daily updates in HubSpot CRM, including lead status, follow-ups, and communication history.
- Update task sheets and activity trackers to ensure performance transparency and KPI monitoring.
Collaboration & Growth
- Collaborate closely with senior business development and sales team members to align outreach strategies.
- Continuously improve sales scripts, email templates, and outreach techniques through feedback and learning.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation from any Discipline (Undergrads are also encourage to apply if you have relevant experience).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or International Calling.
- Prior experience in the software development or IT services industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication & Presentation
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with clear, professional pronunciation (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Sales & Tools Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM for lead management and reporting.
Technical Awareness (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of web applications and mobile applications.
- Willingness to learn about software development services, pricing models, and delivery processes.
