Job Context
Riseup Labs is looking for an experienced Research Writer to produce original, research-backed and commercially valuable B2B content. The role will research industries, markets, technologies, buyer behavior, competitors and emerging trends and turn findings into industry reports, research articles, benchmark studies, thought leadership, comparisons, whitepapers and other high-value content.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify valuable topics, information gaps and emerging trends.
- Produce original, evidence-based research content.
- Develop reports, benchmark studies and data-driven insights.
- Interview SMEs and management to gather unique insights.
- Fact-check claims, statistics and sources.
- Maintain high standards of originality and accuracy.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience of writing research-based content
- Ability to understand complex business and technology topics.
- Strong fact-checking and source-validation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B audiences.
- Ability to identify commercial intent.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Must be proficient in using AI tools for research, analysis
- Strong Google Search and research skills.
- Google Docs and Google Sheets.
