Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager Business Development (Local Market) will lead B2B business development initiatives for software development and technology services in the local market. This role owns the end-to-end sales cycle โ€” from identifying new opportunities and understanding client requirements to solution design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure โ€” while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal technical, product, and project teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced, results-driven professional with strong relationship-building abilities, solid knowledge of software and IT services, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT/ITES industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for software development and technology services.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and technology partners.
  3. Understand client requirements and work closely with the technical team to design appropriate technology solutions.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, product, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities in the technology market.
  8. Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry discussions.
  9. Maintain proper documentation of sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions.
  10. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference), preferably from NSU, BRAC, AIUB, IUB, EWU, and DU/JU (IBA).

Additional Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service (ITES), Software Company
  • The applicants must have knowledge of software technology to approach clients for selling our services
  • English Medium is our preferred (O level and A level) but not mandatory.ย 
  • Have the ability to overcome any obstacles with instant decisions then you may apply.
  • Candidateโ€™s location must be in or near Uttara (e.g. Uttara, Bashundhara)
Job Location:
  • Uttara, Dhaka.

Salary Range:

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)

Office Time:

  • 09.00 AM- 06.00 PM
