Role Overview:
The Assistant Manager Business Development (Local Market) will lead B2B business development initiatives for software development and technology services in the local market. This role owns the end-to-end sales cycle — from identifying new opportunities and understanding client requirements to solution design, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure — while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal technical, product, and project teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced, results-driven professional with strong relationship-building abilities, solid knowledge of software and IT services, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT/ITES industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities for software development and technology services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and technology partners.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the technical team to design appropriate technology solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, product, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities in the technology market.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry discussions.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales pipeline, leads, and client interactions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) major in Marketing or graduate in CSE (IT background will get preference), preferably from NSU, BRAC, AIUB, IUB, EWU, and DU/JU (IBA).
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service (ITES), Software Company
- The applicants must have knowledge of software technology to approach clients for selling our services
- English Medium is our preferred (O level and A level) but not mandatory.

- Candidate’s location must be in or near Uttara (e.g. Uttara, Bashundhara)
