Job Summary:
Riseup Labs is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive – Admin & Compliance to oversee office administration, procurement, compliance, asset management, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office operations.
- Handle procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, quotation collection, purchase order processing, and purchasing.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and logistics, including asset allocation, movement, maintenance, and disposal.
- Coordinate office utilities and services, including electricity, internet, gas, office maintenance, housekeeping, staff roster, lunch management, stationery, furniture & fixtures, and repair & maintenance.
- Maintain compliance documentation related to ISO, SOC 2, and PCI DSS.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Process work orders, vendor agreements, bills, and administrative documentation.
- Prepare administrative reports and maintain accurate records.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree (BBA or any discipline).
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Compliance, Procurement, or Office Management.
- Knowledge of ISO, SOC 2, and PCI DSS compliance standards.
- Good understanding of procurement, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general computer applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an effective team player.
