The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) partnered with Riseup Labs to digitize and modernize their electoral training deep-dive program. Together, we developed an interactive, highly engaging e-learning module titled “Strategic Planning and Change Management.”
Our objective was clear: convert highly complex, traditional institutional training materials into a scalable, self-paced digital learning experience. The resulting solution empowered Electoral Management Bodies (EMBs) worldwide to master strategic planning, institutional reform, and change management through an intuitive Learning Management System (LMS).

This included defining Missions & Visions, Strategic Objectives, and Performance Indicators. We also developed visual frameworks to help EMB leadership identify, engage, and collaborate with stakeholders and partners.
5. LMS-Ready Deployment
To ensure global accessibility, the Riseup Labs QA team packaged the entire module with strict SCORM compliance. We conducted rigorous testing across multiple Moodle environments and web browsers to guarantee cross-platform consistency and peak performance.
