The Challenge

HITSqwad, a boutique iGaming studio specializing in jackpot-based slot and table games, needed a platform to serve as a digital product catalog and business acquisition tool. 

The platform had two main audiences: Primary users (B2B stakeholders, casino operators, and partners evaluating game integrations) and Secondary users (a non-technical internal business team managing content). 

The project faced several critical business needs and execution-level challenges:

  • Lack of Content Autonomy: There was a strong need for a centralized platform to showcase all games, but the internal team lacked independent content management capabilities, leading to developer dependency.
  • Complex Data Presentation: Presenting media-rich game details (videos, screenshots, PDFs) and technical attributes was difficult. The platform needed to ensure high usability for non-technical users managing these multiple data points.
  • Screenshot Visualization: There was no predefined structure for presenting in-game screenshots, requiring the creation of a consistent and reusable layout system.
  • Performance Constraints: The heavy use of high-quality images and videos posed performance risks, as the platform needed to support fast updates for new game launches while maintaining fast load speeds across different regions.
