We built ContentOS to scale high-quality, professional content production while maintaining strict editorial oversight and advanced technical standards for traditional Search Engines (SEO), Answer Engines (AEO), and Generative Engines (GEO).
Deep Research & SERP Intelligence
The workflow triggers automatically from a targeted keyword list. It utilizes a dedicated Deep Research Agent to scrape Google SERP data, extracting Featured Snippets, “People Also Ask” (PAA) questions, and top competitor content. This creates a comprehensive Keyword Intelligence Report using the Deep Research AI models designed to capture both traditional traffic and AI Overviews.
Multi-Agent Writing & Content Formatting
The pipeline leverages a coordinated team of specialized AI agents to handle the entire content creation lifecycle. It begins with the Outline Agent, which drafts highly structured outlines engineered to satisfy SEO intent, trigger Answer Engine snippets (AEO), and provide the modular clarity required by Generative Engines (GEO). Once approved, the Writer Agent expands these frameworks into polished, authoritative Markdown articles tailored for both human readers and AI synthesis models. Finally, the SEO/AEO/GEO Agent takes over to automatically convert the Markdown into valid, publication-ready WordPress Gutenberg block HTML, ensuring perfect heading hierarchy, precise question-and-answer formatting, and clean code for maximum discoverability.
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Checkpoints
To ensure absolute quality control, the system incorporates interactive approval checkpoints at critical stages (Outline creation, Article drafting, and Image generation). Editors can approve, reject, or provide specific feedback. Specialized Revision Agents dynamically read this feedback and adjust the content or prompts without requiring manual rewrites.
Dynamic Schema Markup Generation
Automatically generates rich JSON-LD schema (including Article, FAQ, and HowTo structured data) based on the specific context of the generated article. This structured data is seamlessly injected into the HTML during the Gutenberg formatting stage to maximize rich snippet eligibility.
Semantic Internal Link Mapping
Dynamically maps the target keyword to related pages across the existing website. The system recommends contextual, high-value internal links based on topic clusters to strengthen the site’s SEO architecture and improve search crawlability.
Error Dashboard & Alert Escalation
Continuously monitors the entire pipeline for API timeouts, failed web scrapes, or workflow errors. If an issue occurs, the system logs the exact point of failure to a centralized tracking dashboard and instantly escalates alerts to the technical team, ensuring uninterrupted content production.
Visual & Publishing Capabilities
Beyond text generation, we engineered a robust media handling and CMS publishing infrastructure to deliver completely finished articles directly to the web.
Generative AI Image Production
An Image Suggestion Agent acts as an AI Creative Director. It scans the article's HTML, identifies the best sections for visual enhancement, and generates tailored prompts for OpenAI's image models. The system automatically enforces a strict brand visual style and generates both featured and body images.
Seamless WordPress Publishing
The workflow integrates directly with the WordPress REST API. It handles automatic media uploading, resolves or creates Categories and Tags, automatically injects image blocks immediately after their relevant H2/H3 tags, and pushes the final product as a perfectly formatted Draft.
Real-Time Live Tracking
The entire process is synced bidirectionally with Google Sheets. The system updates the exact row with real-time status changes, for example Conducting Deep Research, Waiting for Article Approval, Uploading to WP, ensuring the writing team has full visibility over the automation pipeline.
